will be applicable to the processing of your personal data, are at your disposal in the
different channels arranged by the company to attend to the holders.
In compliance with Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 on Data Protection (LEPD) and
of Decree 1377 of 2013, the purpose of this Privacy Notice is to obtain
the express and informed authorization of the Owner for the processing of their data. The
Treatment conditions are as follows:
- CHEF BURGER COMPANY S.A.S. will be responsible for the treatment of your

- The personal data collected will be processed for the purpose(s)
corresponding to the needs of the operation of CHEF BURGER
COMPANY S.A.S.
- The Owner’s data processing policy, as well as any changes
material that occur in it, may be consulted by email

- The Owner of the data has the following rights: i) know, update and
rectify your personal data; ii) request proof of the authorization granted
to the data controller except when expressly excepted as

Superintendence of Industry and Commerce complaints for infractions once
has exhausted the consultation or claim process before the person in charge of the
Treatment or person in charge of the treatment; v) revoke the authorization and/or
request the deletion of the data when the treatment does not respect the
principles, rights and constitutional and legal guarantees or when the
Superintendency of Industry and Commerce has determined that in the
treatment has incurred in conduct contrary to the Law and the
Constitution; vi) Free access to your personal data that you have
undergone treatment at least once every calendar month and each time
that there are substantial modifications of the treatment policies
- The Holder can exercise the rights of access, correction, deletion,
revocation or claim for infringement of your data by writing
addressed to CHEF BURGER COMPANY S.A.S., either by email
to [email protected] indicating in the subject the right
that you wish to exercise, or by ordinary mail sent to Carrera 43
No.25a- 127 Loma San Julián, Barrio El Poblado – Medellín (Antioquia).
Owners are also warned that it is voluntary to respond
